Physicians may participate in Grand Rounds and ongoing continuing education opportunities offered through the Medical Staff offices at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center as well as Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County.

Career Ladder
The Career Ladder is designed to encourage and assist nurses to further their professional development and to reward them for their commitment to professional growth and excellent patient care. It is also our belief that the achievements afforded through the Career Ladder instill a sense of pride and achieve in the work that nurses perform. The implementation and maintenance of this program also enhances the Lourdes Health System’s ability to recruit and retain professional nurses who, in turn, contribute to the achievement of quality patient outcomes. Wellness Programs
Check for offerings in wellness-related education or training at Lourdes’ widely regarded Wellness Center. Programs may be for beginners or for wholistic practitioners or other healthcare professionals.
The Wellness Center is also home of the Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies (LIWS) is a comprehensive, spirituality-based program sponsored by Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center. Partnering with Camden County College, LIWS offers students training opportunities in various areas of Wholistic Health with the option of completing an Associates Degree in Applied Science in Massage Therapy or the Massage Therapy Certification Program. In-house certification programs in Shiatsu Therapy, Reflexology and Yoga Teacher Training are also offered. Students may register for individual classes or for one of our comprehensive certification degree programs, and may choose from any courses to maintain their national certification status as well as to update and enhance their skills.
