The Rehabilitation Center monitors data on the quality and efficiency of services. Lourdes welcomes inquiries related to outcomes of our treatment.
As an example of how our data compares to others, Lourdes rehab patients consistently demonstrate functional improvement in shorter inpatient stays which reflects length of stay efficiency. In 2008 Lourdes patients scored a length of stay efficiency of 2.69 compared to the national average of 2.34.
The average treatment at Lourdes in 2008 lasted 13.0 days, compared to the national average of 14 days. 72 percent of patients discharged from Lourdes returned home. In the fourth quarter of 2008, patients gave Lourdes a 93 out of 100 for satisfaction, placing the center in the top fifth of 200 facilities nationwide.
