How will I know when to arrive for my procedure?
Lourdes will process appointment requests within one (1) business day. At that time, the patient will receive a confirmation email with scheduled date and time to arrive. The email will include any instructions the patient needs to follow prior to his or her appointment. For questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Patient Scheduling department at: 877-APPT-LHS (877-277-8547) weekdays, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; or Saturdays, 8:00 am - 12:00 noon.

Do patients need appointments for an x-ray?
No, Lourdes offers general x-ray appointments on a walk-in basis, weekdays from 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am - 12:00 noon at both hospitals. (Note: CT scans, MR imaging or ultrasound studies require an appointment). Upon arrival, patients should proceed to the Patient Access department for registration.

Patients should bring a script (prescription form for testing or appointment) from their physician, as well as a form of identification, insurance cards, and any referrals or authorizations required by their insurance.

Do I need to schedule laboratory appointments?
No, Lourdes offers laboratory appointments on a walk-in basis, as follows:

Can I use the Request an Appointment online feature for a surgical or catheterization procedure?
