It’s time again to “poll” our associates! The Associate Opinion and Commitment Survey will be available to all Lourdes Health System associates from Wednesday, May 7 to Wednesday, May 21. To start the survey, click here

If your Lourdes computer has been migrated, use your ONE User Name for the first Log On. (Example: smithj). When prompted for you credentials use your ONE domain username and password.
